HSRA Apprenticeships
All tracks require individuals to be at least 18 years of age and to earn a high school diploma or GED before the completion date of the program.
Also, a minimum of at least one wage increase during the term of the apprenticeship is required by the employer.
Apprenticeships are completed by competency with suggested durations of 12-18 months
HSRA Line Cook Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is for participants who are in the beginning of their career journey and want to learn the fundamentals of working as a key employee in an industry kitchen.
These participants are looking for meaningful "on the job" experience while taking advantage of the mentorship of an experienced chef.

HSRA Kitchen Manager Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship is for participants who have spent some time as a key employee in a kitchen and are looking for a professional development strategy that will take them to the next level.
Under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced Chef, the Kitchen Manager Apprenticeship will provide the experience and skills needed to take the next step towards leadership, increased responsibility, and promotion.

The Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship is for a proven team leader, who knows that their colleagues listen to and respect their opinions and guidance. This program pairs participants with experienced General Managers and teaches them the subtle nuances of running a restaurant efficiently and creating road maps for success.
