Three types of "delivery models"

Traditional

Work Process and Related Technical Instruction (RTI) occur concurrently throughout the apprenticeship program.


Front-Loaded

Most or all RTI is completed upfront, followed by the apprentice completing their work process through on-the-job learning.

​

Segmented

Apprentices alternate between working full-time and attending classes full-time.
