My role is to collaborate with regional multi-sector networks that are focused on hospitality workforce development and apprenticeships. 

 

Generally collaboration starts with introductions, assessments of the hospitality workforce development opportunities in your region, and then an effort to vision and develop training models and programs based on collaboration between workforce development professionals, workers, employers, business associations, chambers of commerce, economic development councils, small business associations,  educational institutions, and community based organizations.
